Besides running my classes & workshops and being a busy mum, I am the resident Pregnancy, Baby & Parenting blogger for Xposé.ie. I am a qualified pregnancy & postnatal yoga teacher through The Elbow Room in Dublin and am delighted to be offering 'Positive Birth Pregnancy yoga' and 'Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga' to mums & mums-to-be. I have a huge interest in fitness and wellbeing - when I'm not teaching classes I train locally in my Husbands Strength & Conditioning gym 'Performance Therapy Ireland'. I love to bring elements from the gym into my yoga classes, so they become more than your normal pre/postnatal yoga class!

I'm so excited about our new class: Postnatal FIT, based in Perfromace Therapy Ireland. I have teamed up with a Physiotherapist, Strength & Conditioning coach and Nutritional Advisor, to bring new mums a comprehensive yoga inspired strength & fitness class. Babies are welcome and will take part in the class too! Get in touch for more information! 

I am also a qualified Infant Massage Instructor through Baby Massage Ireland and truly believe in the benefits that baby massage can offer. Learning this special routine is very empowering for parents and will generally lead to a happier mum, dad and baby!

Looking after your mind as well as your body during & after pregnancy is so important and that is one of the main reasons why I became a certified GentleBirth Instructor. So many couples are benefiting from GentleBirth. It is a unique programme that offers 'Brain Training for Birth' -using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnosis, Sports Psychology and mindfulness with a focus on preparing you for a positive birth experience, no matter what comes your way on the big day! Birth is one of the greatest events in life, so by preparing as best you can and using this programme you are helping to stack the odds in your favour for an empowering, positive birth.

I am a DAI Birth & Postnatal Doula and I really enjoy supporting women in this very special way. I am currently taking bookings for Birth & Postnatal Doula work. Finally, working in one of Dublin’s busiest Maternity Hospitals I am surrounded by women experiencing the highs and lows of pregnancy and motherhood; being involved with women at this important stage is truly a privilege and I look forward to meeting and hopefully supporting some of you along this exciting journey! I am qualified as a Trust in Birth Prenatal yoga teacher through The Elbow Room in Dublin (Yoga Alliance registered).

Looking after all aspects of your health at this time of change is so important and my 'Positive Birth' yoga classes offer many physical and emotional benefits.

Combining yoga poses & strenghening exercises with relaxation, mindfulness & breathing techniques, these classes will help develop the skills necessary for you to cope with the demands of labour and motherhood and prepare you for your 'positive birth'!

Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga

‘Mum & Baby’ Postnatal Yoga is a class where you can bond with your baby while exercising safely- strengthening your mind & body after birth.

During the class we focus on poses that open and stretch the body, exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor & abdominals and also breathing & relaxation techniques to help you stay calm and centered.

Babies will love watching mum exercise along with the infant engagement parts of the class, in the forms of singing, nursery rhymes, massage and baby yoga of course!

*Our Postnatal FIT class is a yoga inspired strength & fitness class based in Performance Therapy Ireland, Kinsealy Lane (2 minutes from Malahide Castle). Concentrating on key areas, this is a specialized class that will help new mums to feel stronger and fitter following the birth of their baby. No babysitter required, as babies are welcome in class!
