Mum’s bodies need some TLC after pregnancy and birth. We’ve teamed up with the fantastic coaches in Performance Therapy Ireland and collaborated with women’s health experts to deliver a strength and fitness course for new mums. MumFit is designed to rebuild your strength, mobility and fitness levels in a safe and effective way.

This course is suitable once you have been cleared for exercise postnatally (generally 6 weeks post vaginal birth /12 weeks post caesarean birth) and we cater for all levels of fitness.

As a Mum, self-care is vital. Our aim is to get you exercising and back to feeling strong and confident in yourself both mentally and physically.

We concentrate on strength building exercises along with cardio work, teamed with breathing and pelvic floor work. Your postnatal body deserves to be taken care of and our coaches are there every step of the way to educate you on how to do just that.

Each course runs for 8 weeks.
2 classes per week on a Monday and Wednesday
11am-12.00pm. Course cost is €295
